Teenage girls are prone to suffer from anemia because of a lot blood loss during menstruation. Iron deficiency can cause them be weak, and make difficult concentrate, hemoglobin cannot carry enough protein oxygen. Dragon fruit contains iron (Fe) form red cells, vitamin C accelerate the absorption for body. To determine effect giving dragon juice (Hylocereus Polyrhizus) on increase in post-menstrual adolescent at SMA Negeri 1 Banguntapan. The research design was quasy experiment using pre- post-test nonequivalent control group design. study population consisted 54 people. sample comprised 18 people consisting 9 groups intervention groups. Sampling conducted with purposive sampling. data collected were levels Grade XI Social Science students SMAN Banguntapan, Bantul. 200 grams is effective increasing adolecent I Banguntapan Bantul p value 0.011 (p <α (0.05).Dragon 500 gram level 0.009 (pvalue (0.05).There no significant difference Negerei 0.280 (P > 0.05)
